微波紫薯驴打滚
这次的驴打滚,还用微波版的,与以前不同的是,我把紫薯泥与糯米粉混合了起来,加入了橄榄油,用蜂蜜代替了糖,虽然,这样会破坏蜂蜜的营养,但总比糖吃得要健康些。
中间的夹层,没有采用传统的豆沙馅,而是加入了研磨过的花生黑芝麻黄豆粉,这样,在软糯过后,更多的是透在骨子里的香,香极了。

Steps to make 微波紫薯驴打滚

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将蒸熟的紫薯去皮,压成泥(越细越好,我有点偷懒了)。
  • 3.将糯米粉、紫薯泥、水、橄榄油、蜂蜜调和成较稠的糊(因紫薯含水量不同,水要根据情况加)。
  • 4.入微波炉,高火,两分钟,取出后拌匀,然后再两分钟,再拌匀,如此,共重复四次,用时八分钟。
  • 5.黄豆粉入锅中,小火炒至微黄出香味(即黄豆面,杂粮店有卖,或自已用炒熟的黄豆研磨,一次可多炒点备用)。
  • 6.将波好的紫薯糯米糊放至不烫手,倒在大保鲜膜上,上铺保鲜膜,擀成薄片(可厚可薄)。
  • 7.料理机杯中放入去皮的熟花生、黑芝麻。
  • 8.打磨成细粉(有点出油的湿状,我又加入了少许炒熟的黄豆粉,这个也可以多做点)。
  • 9.将花生芝麻豆粉撒在紫薯糯米片上。
  • 10.用擀仗象做寿司那样卷起。
  • 11.均匀沾上黄豆粉。
  • 12.切块食用即可。
