Steps to make 蛋烧卖

  • 1.五花肉家山药斩成细茸、放盘内加盐、味精、料酒、葱姜汁、淀粉和少许蛋清、调成馅。
  • 2.鸡蛋放碗内搅拌均匀。
  • 3.取一个饭勺抹上油、在火上烧热、倒入少许蛋液、转动勺子、把多余的蛋液倒回去、制成蛋皮。
  • 4.按步骤逐一做好、放盘中待用。
  • 5.取一片蛋皮抹上少许干淀粉、放一份猪肉馅心、用手做成烧卖型。
  • 6.按此法逐个做好、用开水烫过的韭菜、中间系一下。
  • 7.做好的放盘中摆好、上锅蒸8分钟左右。
  • 8.蒸好的蛋烧卖取出、另取一炒锅上火、放清汤调味、用淀粉勾芡浇在蛋烧卖上就可以了。
  • 9.蒸的过程中不要蒸老了、老了会影响口感味道咸鲜、鲜嫩可口、很好吃滴。
