粢饭团
粢饭是江南传统的汉族小吃之一,最普及的民间早点品种。大饼、油条、豆浆和粢饭被称为早点的四大金刚。
那些早上急急忙忙地赶上班上学的估计对这个记忆犹新,选择好自己喜欢的配料,卷好粢饭团,外加一杯豆浆,就是既简便又扛饿的早餐,很多还是路上带着吃的。

Steps to make 粢饭团

  • 1.白糯米与紫糯米
  • 2.清洗两次后放入电饭煲中,放入比平时煮饭少点的水浸泡,预约4个小时快煮
  • 3.糯米饭盛出,放了一点糖拌匀
  • 4.帘子上铺一张保鲜膜,放上糯米饭
  • 5.铺上肉松
  • 6.放上一根油条,再放上自腌的糖醋萝卜。(萝卜是放在油条两边的,不是图中的样子)
  • 7.从一头卷起卷紧
  • 8.对半切开或整个吃随意
  • 9.搭配了一杯红薯豆浆,营养又减腻
