Steps to make 肉松面包卷

  • 1.所有材料除黄油外,放入和面桶,用筷子搅拌成团(水要预留10g左右调整)
  • 2.打蛋器装上和面棒
  • 3.插入面团中,启动1档进行和面,启动1分钟左右就休息一下30秒机器,怕它损坏
  • 4.。连休息在内,和面用时10分钟后,检查一下面团,可拉出粗糙的膜
  • 5.加入软化的无盐黄油
  • 6.继续和面
  • 7.检查一下,到扩展阶段了,继续和面2分钟(此时也可以制作甜面包了)
  • 8.面团到可拉出不易破的的完全阶段的膜了,连休息在内共用时25分钟
  • 9.取出面团,进行发酵2倍大
  • 10.取出发酵好的面团,在案板上揉去空气,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟
  • 11.在和面垫上擀开成和烤盘差不多的大小
  • 12.放入烤盘,放入烤箱,关上门进行发酵,夏天用常温发酵即可。
  • 13.2倍大时取出刷蛋液,撒上葱花
  • 14.提前预热的烤箱,180度
  • 15.放入提前预热的烤箱,中层,180度,13分钟
  • 16.注意观察……
  • 17.出炉冷却,倒扣剪去边角,用刀子在表面纵划几下(不要切到底,方便卷起来。
  • 18.抹一层沙拉酱,撒上肉松
  • 19.像卷蛋糕一样卷起来
  • 20.半小时后切块,两边抹一层沙拉酱,粘上肉松即可。
