N天没有来和各位好友见面了,我想死你们了,自打正式上班之后,我是每天都在掰着手指算日子啊,眼见这时间如流水一般哗哗的飞逝,我的心里像猫抓一般啊,再不露面,估计这如火如荼的赛事就轮不上了。那个炸酱面的比赛,我是彻底无缘了,尽管心里计划的已经很周全了,但是......唉,算了吧,下次再说吧。
今儿给大家带来的是豆腐花生酱糯米糍,我觉得也是很有创意的吃法,另外从其外表来看,颇有雪花飘飘的感觉,配上枸杞的点缀,非常漂亮。其实,这款小点的制作是相当简单,二十分钟,保证一切ok,希望朋友们多多支持、多多捧场,谢谢大家啦。

Steps to make 豆腐花生酱糯米糍

  • 1.将盒装嫩豆腐打开,取一半。
  • 2.用开水反复冲两次后(目的是为了去豆腥味),沥干水份。
  • 3.用勺子背压成泥。
  • 4.加入白砂糖、干桂花、椰浆、糯米粉(糯米粉要一点点的往里加)。
  • 5.揉成不粘手、不粘盆的面团(无需再加水,盒豆腐本身就含有水份)。
  • 6.搓成条,下剂,揉圆。
  • 7.在中心用拇指压一个坑,放入适量的豆沙馅,将豆沙馅轻轻压扁,放入花生酱,收口,揉圆,一个生坯就做好了。
  • 8.依次做好所有的糯米糍后,放入涂少许油的盘子里。
  • 9.放入沸水蒸锅里,大火蒸6分钟取出,撒上椰蓉,用枸杞做点缀即可。
