Steps to make 番茄培根披萨

  • 1.樱桃番茄洗净,放入盐水里浸泡20分钟,备用;
  • 2.番茄酱制作,番茄去皮切成小丁,洋葱切成小丁,蒜切成小丁;
  • 3.热锅下油,倒入洋葱丁和蒜末,炒出香味;
  • 4.倒入番茄丁,翻炒均匀,小火熬制浓稠;
  • 5.加入适量番茄酱翻炒均匀;
  • 6.加入少许盐;
  • 7.加入少许黑胡椒粉调味;
  • 8.最后撒上少许罗勒,盛出备用;
  • 9.将除黄油以外的所有材料倒入面包机里,设置和面程序,启动;
  • 10.20分钟后,暂停,加入黄油,重新设置和面程序,启动;
  • 11.和面结束,进行基础发酵,面团发至2倍大;
  • 12.面团排气,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜,松弛15分钟;
  • 13.在烤盘上撒上干面粉,将面团擀成椭圆形,在面饼上用叉子叉上小洞,放入烤盘中,放置10分钟;
  • 14.用调好的番茄酱料涂在面饼表面,撒上少许马苏里拉奶酪,边缘刷上鸡蛋液;
  • 15.摆上培根和腌过的樱桃番茄,均匀撒上披萨草;
  • 16.再撒上奶酪碎,烤箱预热200度,烘烤15分钟左右。
