Steps to make 奶香戚风蛋糕

  • 1.原料:鸡蛋、低粉、白糖、牛奶、葵花籽油、盐。
  • 2.牛奶与葵花籽油倒入盆里,用手动打蛋器将其搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入过筛的低粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋黄与蛋白分离,将蛋黄加入盆中。搅拌至无干粉的状态。
  • 5.蛋白中加入盐和白醋。
  • 6.用电动打蛋器打发蛋白,白糖分三次加入蛋白中,将蛋白打到有小尖角的状态。
  • 7.取三分之一蛋白与蛋黄糊混合,翻拌均匀。
  • 8.烤箱预热上下火120度。蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白中,翻拌均匀。
  • 9.面糊倒入学厨6寸蛋糕模具中,在桌面上震几下,除去面糊中的大气泡,放入预热好的烤箱中,上下火120度烤50分钟,上下火140度烤16分钟即可,出炉倒扣晾凉再脱模。
  • 10.香喷喷的蛋糕做好啦。
