  • 1.猪肉反复刮净并洗净,放入锅中加入料酒、葱段焯水、撇浮末。
  • 2.将肉焯好捞出还煮了2个猪心,放入高压锅中。
  • 3.加入适量的水,老抽、红烧酱油、葱段、姜片、盐、红曲米粉、煮肉料包1个高压锅压20分钟即可。
  • 4.压别好的卤肉猪心,颜色红润、香气四溢。
  • 5.取出卤制好的肉块晾凉,看着就有食欲。
  • 6.切成薄厚均匀的片状。
  • 7.肉片装盘,香菜点缀。可与沾料同食。
