虾肉小馄饨

Steps to make 虾肉小馄饨

  • 1.虾买回来后,去掉虾壳和虾线。
  • 2.清洗干净后用刀背剁碎。
  • 3.在虾肉中放入1个蛋清,料酒,黑胡椒粉和少许的盐再加1小勺的淀粉,按顺时针方向搅拌均匀后打上劲。
  • 4.取一张小馄饨皮,放上虾肉,小馄饨的馅料不用放太多,因为皮薄,煮的时间短,馅太多的话,怕煮不熟。
  • 5.包入馅料后四角往中间提起,然后轻轻一捏就可以了,全部包好后放在盘中。
  • 6.锅中倒入适量的水,水的量可根据下的馄饨的量来决定。
  • 7.煮开后放入包好的小馄饨,用勺子轻轻划散,等再次煮开,小馄饨皮呈透明色,即可熄火。
  • 8.然后把小馄饨舀入事先准备好的汤料碗中,撒上葱花即可。
