绣球面包
面包出炉,诱人的色泽和香味已经让我颇有成就感了,再加上两位美食家的夸奖,呵呵,这是让我继续努力啊~~~

  • 高筋面粉260g
  • 南瓜泥140g
  • 鸡蛋50g
  • 奶粉20g
  • 细砂糖35g
  • 玉米油25g
  • 酵母3g
  • 全蛋液少许
  • 黑芝麻少许
  • 细盐2g

Steps to make 绣球面包

  • 1.南瓜去皮切块,蒸熟。
  • 2.蒸熟的南瓜放在料理机中打成细泥。
  • 3.称量好所需材料,混合在一起搅拌。
  • 4.使劲揉,直至到扩展阶段,能拉出薄膜,盖上湿布开始第一次发酵。
  • 5.发酵好的面团。
  • 6.面团取出放案板上,充分按压揉出其中的空气,均匀分成7份。(照片没拍完整)
  • 7.每个面团再分成3个小面团。
  • 8.搓成长条状。
  • 9.编成辫子形状。
  • 10.环成圆形,两头向中间塞入,成绣球状。
  • 11.做好的面包胚放在烤盘上,盖上保鲜膜进行二次发酵。天气热,我就没放烤箱里了。
  • 12.二次发酵好的面包胚
  • 13.刷上蛋液,撒上黑芝麻。烤箱预热,上下火,中层,175度,烤制20分钟.
  • 14.新鲜出炉。
  • 15.拿出放在烤架上晾凉。
  • 16.成品图。
