Steps to make 香肠面包

  • 1.将除黄油以外所有的用料放入揉面机。
  • 2.揉15分钟后加入黄油,继续揉面15分钟。
  • 3.面团醒发1小时,面团2倍大拿出排气。
  • 4.分成6等份继续醒发1小时。
  • 5.发酵好之后拿出备用。
  • 6.把面团均匀揉好放在烤盘上。
  • 7.刷蛋液。
  • 8.加香肠。
  • 9.挤番茄酱。
  • 10.挤蛋黄酱。
  • 11.撒欧芹碎。
  • 12.中火180度15-20分钟。
  • 13.美味出锅。
