花生芝麻汤圆
元宵节做时了大个的汤圆,做好了放冰箱里冰着随吃随取,这次我在糯米粉中加入了红薯味道更棒了,再加上芝麻更是香极了!

  • 红薯泥80克
  • 花生150克
  • 黑芝麻50克
  • 糖粉35克
  • 猪油80克

Steps to make 花生芝麻汤圆

  • 1.芝麻炒熟,花生炒好去外皮。
  • 2.用料理机搅打成粉末。
  • 3.加入糖粉混合均匀。
  • 4.加入猪油搅拌均匀。
  • 5.拌好的馅入冰箱冷冰20分钟。
  • 6.红薯泥放入面粉中,将温水倒入糯米粉中,边倒边搅。
  • 7.再用手揉成软硬适度的面团。
  • 8.将馅取出揉成等份小团
  • 9.取一小面团包入馅。
  • 10.用手指慢慢往上推挤收口。
  • 11.轻轻搓圆。
  • 12.锅内放水,水滚水后放入汤圆。
  • 13.煮至汤圆全部浮起后转中火煮一分钟即可出锅。
