  • 7.飞水洗净浮沫。
  • 8.红枣洗净去核。
  • 9.把以上材料放入电压力锅,按煲汤键开煮。
  • 10.汤好后撇去肥油。
  • 11.枸杞子洗净。
  • 12.放入汤里焖10分钟。
