金衣翠玉

因灵光乍现想出一个菜名:金衣翠玉。那么就利用最普通的南瓜与莴笋作为原料,再利用橙汁作为调料,色彩艳丽,清甜爽口,橙香飘渺,鲜亮的黄色与青翠的绿色相得益彰,仿如金衣上翡翠盛开,又因用天然的橙壳作为盛食物的容器,让食者充满了遐想的空间,可谓视觉与味蕾的双重诱惑。

南瓜是餐桌上廉价的食物,南瓜中的多糖、氨基酸、活性蛋白、类胡萝卜素及多种微量元素等对人体的有益。南瓜不仅有较高的食用价值。而且有着不可忽视的食疗作用。中医认为南瓜性温,味甘无毒,入脾、胃二经,能润肺益气,化痰排脓,驱虫解毒,治咳止喘,疗肺痈便秘,并有利尿、美容等作用。

莴笋也是普通的食物,颜色青翠,脆嫩爽口,具用利尿通乳、宽肠通便的功效,尤其受减肥人士的青睐。

Steps to make 金衣翠玉

  • 1.原料图;
  • 2.洗干净橙子,用手在案板上揉5分钟,以方便取出果肉;
  • 3.将橙子对半剖开;
  • 4.用勺子小心取出橙肉,橙壳留着盛器用;
  • 5.用剪刀将橙壳修剪出造型;
  • 6.将橙肉挤出橙汁,备用;
  • 7.南瓜蒸熟压成泥;
  • 8.过一遍筛网,南瓜泥会更加细腻;
  • 9.莴笋,用挖球勺挖成球(后来发现莴笋比较硬,不好挖成球,最后还用小刀辅助修成球状);
  • 10.莴笋球
  • 11.将莴笋球放入沸水锅中焯30秒,捞起备用;
  • 12.焯好水的莴笋球
  • 13.将南瓜泥小火略煮,加入橙汁搅拌均匀成南瓜浓汤(南瓜含有甜味,不必再加任何调料都很好吃);
  • 14.所有的原料都备好了,装盘即可
  • 15.将南瓜浓汤盛入橙壳中(8分满即可)
  • 16.然后再放入莴笋球,此道“金衣翠玉”就做好了。
