自制黄豆纳豆
纳豆由黄豆通过纳豆菌(枯草杆菌)发酵制成,
具有黏性,不仅保有黄豆的营养价值、
富含维生素K2、提高蛋白质的消化吸收率,
更重要的是发酵过程产生了多种生理活性物质,
具有溶解体内纤维蛋白及其他调节生理机能的保健作用。

Steps to make 自制黄豆纳豆

  • 1.黄豆提前一晚泡上;
  • 2.泡发后的黄豆,比原来大出2倍;
  • 3.黄豆放入电压力锅中,放入清水盖过黄豆;
  • 4.用煮豆的功能,约50分钟;
  • 5.做纳豆的容器、工具用沸水消毒;
  • 6.蒸好的黄豆沥掉水分放入容器中;
  • 7.一小包菌粉放入汤匙中;
  • 8.放一点煮豆子的水,把菌粉调拌均匀;
  • 9.调好的菌粉倒入黄豆中,用汤匙翻拌均匀;
  • 10.容器上附上一层保鲜膜,用牙签扎上眼;
  • 11.把容器放在暖气上,上面盖一块干布或毛巾;
  • 12.大约20个小时之后,变成这样;此时不能吃,要冷藏之后才能吃;
  • 13.冷藏一夜后,用汤匙搅拌一下,会有很多拉丝。
  • 14.把生抽、糖、味精,一汤匙清水拌在一起,
  • 15.淋在黑纳豆上就可以食用;
