自制老北京炒肝

  • 猪肝一块
  • 猪大肠500g
  • 淀粉450g
  • 大蒜2个
  • 生抽三勺
  • 老抽三勺
  • 八角两个
  • 料酒一勺
  • 半勺

Steps to make 自制老北京炒肝

  • 1.猪肝洗净
  • 2.切成片
  • 3.猪大肠买超市的半成品,然后回来之后用醋水多洗几遍,然后洗干净
  • 4.切成小块
  • 5.猪肝用热水焯汤至六成熟,捞出备用
  • 6.大蒜切成碎
  • 7.把所有辅料放到锅里,在放入大肠,烧开锅之后放入猪肝,再次开锅之后煮一会,大约五分钟左右,然后勾芡(淀粉水一定要厚,否则炒肝会特别稀),最后关火放入蒜碎就可以了!
