  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.土豆,藕切片用清水冲洗干净浸泡
  • 3.洋葱,胡萝卜切片
  • 4.土豆,藕片控干水份
  • 5.准备配料,葱花,姜末,蒜末,八角,花椒,辣椒段,豆瓣酱,白芝麻
  • 6.起油锅倒入适量的底油烧至七成热下土豆,藕片炸熟捞出备用
  • 7.依次下胡萝卜,洋葱过油捞出备用
  • 8.锅里留少许底油下花椒,姜末,八角爆香
  • 9.加入豆瓣酱,辣椒段,蒜末炒出香味
  • 10.倒入所有食材翻炒均匀
  • 11.加入半茶匙鸡粉,一茶匙生抽调味翻炒均匀
  • 12.撒入白芝麻,葱花
  • 13.翻炒均匀即可出锅
