今天用红薯垫底,做个粉蒸肉!好吃不上火!

    • 1.鲜肉切片,加姜末,胡椒粉,生抽。
    • 2.拌匀腌制10分钟后,放入蒸肉米粉,我用的细米粉,我感觉细粉比粗粉好吃。
    • 3.拌匀备用。
    • 4.红薯切块垫底。
    • 5.铺上拌匀的肉上锅,小火蒸1个小时。
    • 6.蒸熟撒上香菜和葱花就可以了。
