    Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

    • 1.胖头鱼去鳞洗净后,将头与鱼身分开。
    • 2.将鱼头从中间剖开,抹上料酒、生抽一起腌制。
    • 3.姜切片、小葱切段和末,备用。
    • 4.将葱段、姜片依次铺于盘中,再放入鱼头。
    • 5.将三生川鲜辣剁椒均匀铺在鱼头上。
    • 6.蒸锅放水置火上烧开,将鱼头上锅蒸15至20分钟。
    • 7.将热油泼在蒸好的鱼头上。
    • 8.洒上葱末即可。
