  • 1.杏鲍菇切粗一点的丝备用。
  • 2.锅里加入适量水,煮开后下杏鲍菇焯软。
  • 3.焯好的杏鲍菇捞出挤干水分备用。
  • 4.青椒,胡萝卜和木耳切丝备用。
  • 5.用生抽,醋,白糖,料酒,老抽,鸡精,盐和淀粉水调一个料汁备用。
  • 6.锅中加入适量色拉油,油热下郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 7.放入葱姜蒜炒出香味。
  • 8.下胡萝卜丝和木耳丝翻炒。
  • 9.胡萝卜稍微软了就下青椒丝翻炒。
  • 10.最后下杏鲍菇丝,下料汁翻炒均匀,汁收浓后即可出锅。
  • 11.鱼香味浓郁,杏鲍菇口感像肉一样好吃。
  • 12.配上米饭特别下饭。
