  • 蚝油1勺

Steps to make 杏鲍菇炒鸡丁

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.鸡胸肉洗干净切成丁,杏鲍菇洗干净也切成丁。
  • 3.大蒜生姜切片,青红椒切成丝小圈。
  • 4.鸡肉丁里面加少许盐,生抽,老抽,淀粉抓拌均匀腌制十分钟。
  • 5.锅中烧水,水开后将杏鲍菇丁焯水两分钟捞出过冷水沥干水分备用。
  • 6.锅中倒油,油温五成热将生姜和大蒜片放进去炒出香味。
  • 7.腌制好的鸡肉丁放进去炒至变色。
  • 8.杏鲍菇丁放进去翻炒一分钟。
  • 9.里面加蚝油翻炒均匀。
  • 10.辣椒圈放进去翻炒至断生。
  • 11.加一勺胡椒粉翻炒两下。
  • 12.关火装盘。
  • 13.成品图。
