Steps to make 草莓大福

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.豆沙适量(我用的是自己煮的豆沙,所以颜色和外边卖的不太一样)。
  • 3.糯米粉中加入白糖,搅拌均匀。将水徐徐倒入糯米粉中,混合均匀,拌成米糊状。
  • 4.将米糊放入蒸锅蒸约二十分钟至熟。
  • 5.取适量的豆沙,放在保鲜袋中,按成片状,(大小可以包住草莓)。
  • 6.把保鲜袋合拢,让豆沙均匀的包住草莓。
  • 7.糯米团放至温热时,取适量的蒸好的糯米团,放上涂了食用油的保鲜膜中,按用擀面杖压成片状。
  • 8.用糯米面皮包住裹好豆沙的草莓,滚上一层椰蓉。
  • 9.做好装盘即可。
