自制草莓酱
现在是草莓上市的季节,看着便宜又新鲜,买了不少,一下子又吃不完就熬了点酱,还做了点冰淇淋,到底是没添加剂是新鲜果酱,味道好得不要不要的!!

Steps to make 自制草莓酱

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.草莓去蒂处理干净。
  • 3.洗净的草莓切块,大点小点无所谓。
  • 4.放入锅中,加入白糖。
  • 5.中小火熬煮,一会儿功夫就会出现很多的汤汁。
  • 6.烧开时的样子。
  • 7.顺着一个方向不断搅拌,并且保持中小火,熬制40-45分钟就可以了。
  • 8.放凉后装瓶密封冷藏。
