海洋翻糖蛋糕

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 翻糖膏100g
  • 干佩斯50g

Steps to make 海洋翻糖蛋糕

  • 1.先来做纸杯蛋糕部分,黄油里面加入牛奶,然后隔热水融化
  • 2.在一个盆里加入鸡蛋、砂糖、水饴
  • 3.用电动打蛋器达到体积膨胀、颜色变浅、纹路不容易消失的状态
  • 4.然后筛入低筋面粉,翻拌均匀
  • 5.将温热(35度左右)黄油牛奶液搅拌到完全混合,倒入蛋糕糊里面,再次翻拌均匀
  • 6.分别装入纸杯中8分满
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱中,中层,165度,25分钟左右,烤好后取出放凉
  • 8.取适量翻糖膏揉匀擀平,然后用圆形磨具压出形状
  • 9.盖在蛋糕上面,边缘压紧
  • 10.取一团翻糖膏,加2滴蓝色色素,揉成蓝色的翻糖膏
  • 11.然后擀平,压出远行后,用刀划出波浪形状
  • 12.都铺到一半的位置
  • 13.再取适量的白色翻糖膏,加蓝色色素调成比刚才的蓝色稍浅点的颜色,同样的方法贴在蛋糕上。
  • 14.取适量的干佩斯在模型里面压出形状
  • 15.沾点水粘在蛋糕上面
  • 16.最后装饰上糖珠就完成了
