油焖大虾
大虾的吃法虽然很多,但家人都特别钟爱这款油闷大虾,它色泽红亮,鲜香醇厚,鲜咸微甜,做法又简单,是我家节日的必做菜之一。

  • 一小块
  • 葱白一段
  • 淀粉一匙
  • 精盐半匙
  • 一品鲜酱油一匙
  • 蚝油一匙
  • 料酒二匙
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 白糖一匙

Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.大虾剪去虾須、虾脚和虾枪,挑出虾胃,开背挑去虾线,清水干净,控干水份。
  • 3.大葱切葱花,姜切丝。
  • 4.加入姜丝,料酒一匙,精盐半小匙腌制十分钟。
  • 5.调一碗料汁:东古一品鲜酱油一匙,蚝油一匙,白糖一匙,料酒一匙,少许胡椒粉,加一匙淀粉,半小碗清水搅拌均匀。
  • 6.锅中加入食用油,下入大虾煎制两面金黄,煎出虾油先盛出。
  • 7.锅中留底油,入下葱姜煸炒出香味。
  • 8.倒入碗汁搅拌均匀烧开。
  • 9.下入大虾翻拌均匀。
  • 10.盖上盖闷二分,大虾色泽红亮时,收汁既可。
  • 11.成品图。
