Steps to make 圣诞树饼干

  • 1.黄油室温下充分软化。
  • 2.加入糖粉。
  • 3.先用慢速搅拌均匀,再用中速打发至微微发白。然后加入常温的蛋清。
  • 4.完全搅拌均匀后,筛入低粉、高粉、奶粉的混合物。
  • 5.用刮刀将其拌匀。
  • 6.装入布裱花袋中。花嘴用8齿。裱花袋用一个结实一点的。
  • 7.挤出圣诞树,然后把小手指饼干插入底部。大约能做15块。挤的时候如果比较吃力,可以借助吹风机吹一下。
  • 8.放入烤箱中,150度约烘焙23分钟,出炉晾凉。
  • 9.白巧克力币装入裱花袋中,放入热水中使其融化。
  • 10.剪一个小口,进行装饰即可。
