Steps to make 红茶葡萄干软欧

  • 1. 葡萄干冲洗干净滤水备用,红糖与红茶用120g热水冲泡冷却备用.
  • 2.面包机首先倒入液体(包括油).
  • 3.再倒入面粉类,中间挖洞放酵母,最后对角放盐及葡萄干.
  • 4.揉成光滑面团.
  • 5.发酵至双倍满桶.
  • 6.拉扯可见面团布满均匀丰富小孔.
  • 7. 取出滚圆排气,分成三份面团.
  • 8.取一份面团擀成牛舌状.
  • 9.由上向下卷起.
  • 10.捏合接口.
  • 11.整理成橄榄状,表面喷少许水.
  • 12.烤箱底层放半碗水,发酵至两倍大.
  • 13. 取出,表面撒全麦粉,用锋利的到划口割包.
  • 14.预热烤箱,180度上下火烤20-25分钟
