花朵饼干
今天的饼干纯属折腾,最近不是那个熊猫饼干很流行吗?没有那种模具,本来想山寨一下的,自己用易拉罐折了简单的模具,谁知做好后没画好,临时改变主意,改做花朵的,后期是女儿自己独立完成,不错,花型很漂亮。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低筋面粉300克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 可可粉5克

Steps to make 花朵饼干

  • 1.黄油隔水融化,然后降温冷却至刚刚凝固,倒入全部的细砂糖和盐打发,打至黄油颜色变浅,体积变大。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,分5--6次加入到黄油糊中,每加一次要搅拌均匀再加下一次。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和奶粉,用手抓成团即可。
  • 4.取100克原味面团和可可粉用手抓匀。
  • 5.台面上铺一层保鲜膜,将原味面团放在保鲜膜上,再盖一层保鲜膜,慢慢将面团擀成厚约5mm的面片、
  • 6.同样的方法将可可面团擀开、
  • 7.用花型的模具刻出花朵,用圆形裱花嘴刻出花心,再用裱花嘴刻出巧克力色的花心,再将巧克力面团放到花心中间。
  • 8.烤箱预热,170度,上下火,中层,烤20分钟左右。要注意观察。我就是忘了,所以有些颜色烤的有点深了。
  • 9.用自制的模具做的熊猫的。
  • 10.数字的。同样没有模具,自己用小刀直接刻的。
  • 11.最后将剩余面团揉在一起,做成大理石花纹的。
