Steps to make 中种法:千岛酱肉松包

  • 1.备千岛酱与肉松
  • 2.先做中种面团,把高粉110克+牛奶80克+酵母2克放入面包机内搞拌
  • 3.中种面团完全混合后,发酵2倍大
  • 4.把发好的中种面团撕成小块,与余下的主材料一起全放入面包机内
  • 5.所有材料搞拌好后后加入黄油
  • 6.把面团打至扩展阶段
  • 7.发酵2.5倍大
  • 8.取出面团排气,分成6等份,松驰
  • 9.取一面团,擀成面片,先挤上适量千岛酱,再放入肉松
  • 10.包成饺子状
  • 11.折口朝下放在纸托内,置烤盘
  • 12.发酵1.5倍大,涂上蛋液
  • 13.放洒上肉松在面团上
  • 14.烤箱180度,烤15分钟
  • 15.出炉
