Steps to make 腊八蒜

  • 1.1.紫皮蒜
  • 2.2.清醋
  • 3.3.将大蒜剥去皮;
  • 4.4.取出一瓣蒜看一下,每瓣蒜都有一个根部,主要是通过根部吸收醋汁,然后蒜与醋反应变绿色。
  • 5.5.用刀把蒜瓣的根部削掉一部分,露出里面的芯儿,这样醋汁可以更快的浸入到蒜瓣内。
  • 6.6.找个玻璃瓶子,洗净擦干。把蒜瓣都放进去。
  • 7.7.把醋倒进去,淹没蒜瓣就可以了。
  • 8.8.取保鲜膜或者保鲜袋叠几层,放瓶口,这样扣盖子的时候可以使瓶子更好的密封。
  • 9.9.放暖气地热等温暖处,几天就可以吃到爽脆可口的腊八蒜了。热量可以促进醋的挥发,使醋更快的浸入到蒜瓣内,所以在短时间内就可以变绿。
