香脆炸虾
老是做白灼虾,吃腻了,今天换点香脆的。颜值很高,宴客菜品。

  • 面包糠1袋
  • 料酒1匙

Steps to make 香脆炸虾

  • 1.虾去头剪脚,挑掉虾线。加少许的盐,料酒,胡椒粉和姜沫腌制30分钟。
  • 2.将腌制好的虾,先在干的按1:1的面粉和玉米淀粉混合的粉中滚一圈,均匀粘上粉后,抓住虾尾抖去多余的干粉。
  • 3.裏好干粉的虾再均匀的粘上蛋液。
  • 4.最后均匀的裏上面包糠,用手轻轻按压,让面包糠更紧实的粘在虾身上。
  • 5.锅中油热,将虾一只只下锅,中火炸至浅金黄色起锅。
  • 6.将锅中油温再次升高,倒入虾进行复炸,炸至金黄,这样口感更脆,也更少油。
  • 7.炸好的虾,装在垫了厨房纸的盘中,可以吸去多余的油,点缀上绿叶即可上桌啦。
