一键式白吐司
今天做个一键式白吐司,主要是帮人家实验一下新面粉的效果怎么样,其实已经过期了活动,但是既然答应的事就要做到,因为家里最近有点事,所以给耽搁了,不好意思嘿嘿。
话说这面粉效果还是不错,一键式的我一点没去干扰它,做好的组织细腻均匀,口感也不错,很细腻,早餐搭配各种吃法真的很棒的,期待它的上市。那么上班族做面包的福音就来啦!

  • 益优糖30g
  • 鸡蛋45g
  • 清水140g
  • 黄油15g
  • 耐高糖酵母3g

Steps to make 一键式白吐司

  • 1.准备好食材和工具:面包机、套餐原料AB和酵母,鸡蛋、黄油和清水。
  • 2.将350面包专用粉包和30克益优糖、一个鸡蛋45克和140克清水放进面包机内胆里。
  • 3.3克耐高糖酵母放入自动投酵母的料杯内。
  • 4.盖好盖子选甜面包程序烧色浅按开始键。
  • 5.面包机开始工作,酵母会在一分钟后自动投放进去。
  • 6.当第二次和面程序后加入15克黄油继续盖盖子和面,然后就交给面包机啦!
  • 7.面包机工作停止报警响起后及时取出面包机内胆,将大吐司倒出来晾凉切片抹各种果酱啥的开吃吧!
