  • 1.将油菜去掉老叶及根,剖开成两瓣,如较大可再剖一次,洗净,滤干水分。
  • 2.火腿肠一根。
  • 3.火腿肠切成小丁。
  • 4.牛奶半碗。
  • 5.炒锅中放猪油烧热。
  • 6.倒入鸡汤,加盐和料酒。
  • 7.放入菜心小火烧1到2分钟,淀粉溶于水中,放入锅中收汁后。
  • 8.将牛奶倒入锅中烧开。
  • 9.淋入鸡油、味精即可。
  • 10.盛在盘中,将火腿末撒在菜肴上面即可。
