冬天家里面囤积了好多超级大头的白菜,尤其是遇上了过年就更甚了……
所以要像个办法把白菜变得多种多样,拿出一颗最大的来,做个韩式泡菜,保证未来起码半个月的早上都有滋有味儿

  • 大白菜1个
  • 苹果1个
  • 半块
  • 食盐3大勺
  • 糯米粉1碗
  • 辣椒粉大半碗

Steps to make 韩式泡菜

  • 1.大白菜一个洗净,小心地一片一片把菜叶子掰下来
  • 2.开始撒盐,一边撒盐一边揉搓,让白菜里面的水分尽快出来
  • 3.苹果一个和姜半块切成极细的小丁,辣椒打成粉准备好
  • 4.锅里面烧热水,加入适量砂糖搅拌溶化
  • 5.随后加入糯米粉兑成的糊糊,小火熬煮
  • 6.加入一大勺虾酱
  • 7.搅拌均匀糯米粉熟透了之后停火,加入姜粒
  • 8.加入苹果粒
  • 9.加入辣椒粉
  • 10.搅拌均匀之后放冷到恢复常温
  • 11.腌出水分的白菜用力挤干水分,容器里面放上一层辣椒糊,铺上一层白菜
  • 12.然后一层辣椒一层白菜码放结实,盖上保鲜膜,温暖地方发酵一天基本就可以啦~
