Steps to make 椒盐皮皮虾

  • 1.皮皮虾放在清水里洗净,沥干水分。
  • 2.葱切段、姜切片、蒜拍碎
  • 3.锅中倒入2/3满的山茶油,大火加热油温至八成热
  • 4.倒入沥干水的皮皮虾
  • 5.油炸30s后全部捞出
  • 6.再开大火,将油温重新加热到八成热,将之前捞出的皮皮虾复炸1分钟捞出备用
  • 7.锅中留底油,放入葱姜蒜爆香
  • 8.倒入事先炸好的皮皮虾
  • 9.依个人口味加入椒盐
  • 10.黑胡椒粉,翻炒均匀后即可出锅
