黄金肉松酥条
我家的孩子们都爱吃肉松,我也曾做过肉松饼,他们也都非常喜欢。前两天特意做了些牛肉松,就是想做肉松小点心。为了能做出好吃的点心,特意把肉松做的很蓬松,这样做出来的小点心口感会很好。为了营养更丰富,做水皮时把水换成了胡萝卜汁,这样做成的酥皮是金黄色的,非常好看。形状也一改圆形,做成长方形的条,所以今天的这款小点心被命名为:黄金肉松酥条。用到的芝士是黄油。

  • 面粉50g
  • 胡萝卜汁40g
  • 葡萄籽油30g
  • 高筋粉100g
  • 牛肉松80g
  • 绿豆沙200g

Steps to make 黄金肉松酥条

  • 1.自制的牛肉松称出来需要的量
  • 2.自己刚刚用白糖炒的绿豆沙,也称出需要的量和牛肉松一起放入盆里,
  • 3.揉到一起,拌成均匀的馅料
  • 4.用长方形的模具把馅成型备用。
  • 5.胡萝卜加少许水,搅拌机打汁.
  • 6.过滤出胡萝卜汁。
  • 7.取需要量的胡萝卜汁,加入葡萄籽油,搅拌均匀,加入高筋粉和成水皮
  • 8.加入高筋粉和成水皮
  • 9.:黄油隔水融化,加入面粉和成油皮
  • 10.和好的油皮和水皮均饧半小时以上,饧好后把水皮揉至光滑再饧几分钟。
  • 11.把水皮压扁放入油皮包裹严实
  • 12.先压后擀,擀成长形
  • 13.上下对折后稍稍擀一下稍擀压
  • 14.再左右对折
  • 15.擀开后再重复2次的叠被子方法,总共叠3次被子,然后擀开
  • 16.酥皮擀成约2毫米厚的大片,切成长方形的片
  • 17.取一片,放上馅料,
  • 18.先对折包裹
  • 19.再把两头收口,收口朝下成型
  • 20.全部做好摆入烤盘,表面用钢针或者牙签刺小孔以免烤的时候胀气
  • 21.烤箱170度上下火预热5分钟,入烤箱烤15分钟
  • 22.烤好的肉松条,不但孩子们爱吃,我也爱吃哩
