家里好多红枣一直都储藏在冰箱里,老占地方了,LG和猫都不喜欢这样直接吃,尝了一个还觉得枣肉有此微酸,这样连煲汤都不想用它了,可也不能把它浪费了不是,做成枣泥馅吧,包入包子,不浪费,还合理的解决了这个难题,这次做出来的枣泥馅工序上略微有些复杂,但出来的成品口感细腻滑润,麻烦一点也是值得的。

Steps to make 枣泥馅

  • 1.红枣去核。
  • 2.放入小锅中,加入红枣一半量的清水。
  • 3.放上冰糖,开火煮。
  • 4.当煮至水分渐干,红枣已经完全湿润,并且有些果肉与皮有分离的情况就可以了。
  • 5.用个筛网慢慢地碾压过筛。
  • 6.过完筛的枣泥水份较大,下一步就要进行炒馅了。
  • 7.最好是选个不粘锅,把枣泥倒入锅内,中小火慢慢地炒,感觉到枣泥馅从容易搅动,到慢慢搅动困难,那么水分就差不多已经收干了,就说明已经OK了。
