香烤鸭腿
我家的烤箱经常是用于烤肉烤菜,少油,健康;对于我自己,做饭也省事不少,处理好食材放进烤箱里等就着着吃好了哈
很少买熟食吃,有时候会自己做一些。这不烤了俩鸭腿,味道好好,虽然是热天,拿着就吃完了。

  • 鸭腿2只
  • 3片
  • 2瓣
  • 干红辣椒5只
  • 八角2只
  • 桂皮1片
  • 茴香1茶匙
  • 酱油1小勺
  • 白糖半汤匙
  • 料酒2汤匙
  • 黑胡椒粉少许
  • 蜂蜜1汤匙

Steps to make 香烤鸭腿

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.鸭腿洗干净用食用级的纸擦干水分
  • 3.均匀抹上一层盐备用
  • 4.把姜片、蒜片、八角、桂皮、茴香和干辣椒放碗里,加酱油、白糖、料酒和黑胡椒粉调好汁
  • 5.用牙签在鸭腿上扎些小洞洞,然后倒入步骤调好的汁拌匀
  • 6.拌均匀盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏一夜
  • 7.腌制好的鸭腿用锡纸包好放烤盘上
  • 8.预热烤箱230度上下烤,鸭腿放入烤箱中层烤25分钟
  • 9.取一部分腌汁,加一汤匙蜂蜜调匀;把鸭腿拿出来刷上一层蜂蜜汁
  • 10.转放烤网上
  • 11.用烤肉功能,200度烤20分钟,烤至剩下几分钟可以再刷一层蜂蜜汁
