    Steps to make 蒜蓉烤大虾

    • 1.大虾剪去虾枪和虾须,从背部剪开或剖开,但不切断,去除泥肠,洗净。
    • 2.将白酒和海鲜酱油混合,淋在大虾上,腌制15分钟。
    • 3.姜,蒜切成末。
    • 4.炒锅内切一小块黄油小火融化,放入姜蒜末,炒出香味后,加一点盐拌匀,盛出。
    • 5.烤盘内垫上锡纸,刷一层薄薄的橄榄油,放上大虾。
    • 6.将炒好的姜蒜末均匀地撒在大虾上。
    • 7.研磨一点黑胡椒碎。
    • 8.烤箱预热180度,上下火烤12分钟左右,装盘后撒上小葱末和红椒圈。
