草莓大福
学做过“南瓜大福”,感觉味道非常棒;但一直还钟情于“草莓大福”那诱人的画面,却因为没有草莓,无法实践~~~
春天奶油草莓刚刚大量上市,有大个的,也有小颗的,由于我怕失误,没敢买大个的回来包,就先买了一些小颗,所以切开后,稍微有点影响美观,不过味道却有不错
晚上包好后就吃了好几个,还留了几个做第二天早餐,存放了一夜后,也许因为草莓中的水分与面团融合的更好了,感觉比现包的“草莓大福”更好吃些呢~~~”

  • 柠檬汁10克
  • 糯米粉150克
  • 白糖30克
  • 玉米油20克
  • 玉米淀粉50克

Steps to make 草莓大福

  • 1.准备好新鲜草莓,洗净去蒂备用
  • 2.盆中倒入玉米淀粉、糯米粉、白糖、色拉油和柠檬汁。
  • 3.边倒入牛奶、边用筷子搅拌
  • 4.搅拌成泥,加盖送入微波炉
  • 5.高火1:30秒
  • 6.取出:上下搅拌均匀
  • 7.继续:高火1:30秒,取出:上下搅拌几下
  • 8.继续:高火1分名钟,取出:上下搅拌几下,此时面团颜色开始转变
  • 9.分别2次:高火30秒,取出上下搅拌几下,此时面团已很黏稠
  • 10.等面团稍凉后,放入抹过油的保鲜袋中,借助擀面杖来回擀压,直至表面光滑,这样吃起来,面团会QQ的
  • 11.取出面团,搓成长条,分割成若干等份
  • 12.取一份按扁,放入一颗草莓
  • 13.将四周向中间捏实,摺面朝下,隐约中可看到草莓的影子哟
  • 14.最后裹上一层椰蓉
  • 15.接口处向下,装盘,随手切开几个,红白相间的草莓大福,很可爱哟
