自己做的放心水果果肉果冻
之前看报道称有些果冻是用皮鞋提炼的明胶做成的。这个新闻让我惊讶不已,因为女儿很喜欢吃果冻,在国内时,经常给她买喜之郎果肉果冻。虽然不知道这个问题果冻具体是何品牌,但是总觉的现在果冻也不安全了。
  而且来德国那么久女儿也一直没吃过果冻, 直囔着回国后就要去买。现在看来还是吃自己做的比较放心啦,以后还是自己动手做。

  • 白砂糖10克
  • 吉利丁粉10克

Steps to make 自己做的放心水果果肉果冻

  • 1.1.桔子剥开后,把果肉放入果冻杯里。
  • 2.2.果汁倒入锅中,然后把搅拌均匀的白砂糖和吉利丁粉混合物倒入锅中。
  • 3.3.不停地搅拌果汁,防止吉利丁粉凝固。等果汁煮开,吉利丁粉溶化后关火。接着用筛子过滤放凉后,倒入有果肉的果冻杯子中。
  • 4.然后放入冰箱冷藏2个小时即可拿出来品尝了。
