烫面豆沙炸糕
因为早上要给老公做油条,所以我顺带给自己做了豆沙馅的烫面炸糕!这个是我小时候的最爱,现在虽然身在诺大的北京城,但却长不到哪里有得卖,所以馋了也只好自己做!

Steps to make 烫面豆沙炸糕

  • 1.一杯白面倒入盆里
  • 2.加入适量热水,边加边用筷子搅拌,至没有干粉出现就可以了
  • 3.放凉后,双手沾少许油把烫面团揉至光滑
  • 4.板上刷油,把烫面团搓成长条,用刮板切成大小均匀的剂子
  • 5.取一个小剂子揉圆后拍扁,中间包上豆沙馅
  • 6.包好后的生坯稍稍压扁
  • 7.用油炸至两面金黄即可
