【夏日小凉菜】泡椒凤爪
到了炎热的夏季,做上可口的小凉菜,为自己和家人的胃!这道小凉菜用的鸡爪是新鲜的鸡爪,不是冷冻品,特别好吃。而且放在冰箱里浸泡了三天,已经够入味够爽脆!

  • 白糖1汤匙
  • 米醋3汤匙
  • 3克
  • 芝麻油1汤匙

Steps to make 【夏日小凉菜】泡椒凤爪

  • 1.鸡爪用水冲洗净后,用剪刀剪去尖爪。
  • 2.冷水放鸡爪入锅,锅内放姜块和酒去腥。
  • 3.水烧开后,转小火煮2分钟至凤爪熟透。
  • 4.捞起凤爪过冷水。
  • 5.将凉透的凤爪分切。
  • 6.将分切好的凤爪放凉开水里浸泡12个小时以上。期间要多次换水。
  • 7.将大蒜剁碎备用。
  • 8.切碎泡椒。
  • 9.将已经浸泡过12小时以上的凤爪放入蒜茸,白糖,,盐,米醋,泡椒碎。
  • 10.放入泡椒水和冰水浸泡凤爪。封住口入冰箱内冷藏一至三天。食用时放芝麻油拌匀即可食用。
