大麦若叶、红曲粉调制颜色的买面团,蔓越莓,做成形象的西瓜吐司。让吐司有了不通的香气,吃土司也有了别样的乐趣。 配方可以做2个250g吐司模

  • 大麦若叶粉4克
  • 竹炭粉2克

Steps to make 西瓜吐司

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把主料里面除了黄油外的食材都放在面包机的面包桶中,液体、糖盐在下,奶粉面粉,最后放上酵母。
  • 3.开启面包机的揉面发酵面团功能,揉制15分钟后加入黄油,直到完成面包机程序面团发酵到2.5倍大。
  • 4.面团排气后分成2块100g 1块40g 最后一块打面团的4份面团。
  • 5.2块100g的面团取其中一块加入大麦若叶份揉制均匀,最小的加入竹炭粉揉制成黑色,最大的一块揉制成红色。
  • 6.所有的面团分成两份,红色的面团擀成面片上面放上蔓越莓干。
  • 7.红色的面团卷成卷,白色的面团擀成面饼包住红色的面团。
  • 8.再包裹上绿色的面团。
  • 9.黑色的面团搓成条状装饰长西瓜的花纹。
  • 10.制作的面包胚放入土司模中,发酵到8分满,放入180度预热的烤箱,烤制25分钟左右。
  • 11.面包出炉冷却,用面包刀切成片就可以吃了。
