排骨青红萝卜土豆汤
青萝卜是自己种的,种得比较老,只能用来做汤,纤维太强,不能吃了,有点遗憾。今年的夏天特别热,汤汤水水自然少不了,为了营养均衡和多样化,在组织材料上也要下点功夫。这次做得汤很简单,用了我们平时很容易买到的材料,大众材料也能做出美味的汤来。

  • 红萝卜1条
  • 土豆4枚
  • 大番茄1枚
  • 生姜6片
  • 胡椒粉1/3小匙

Steps to make 排骨青红萝卜土豆汤

  • 1.排骨冷水下锅,放生姜3片、开火,青萝卜、红萝卜、土豆和番茄切滚刀块;
  • 2.开火烧至水开出浮沫,捞起用热水冲洗;
  • 3.锅洗净再开放热水,放入排骨、生姜3片,大火煮20分钟左右;
  • 4.放入红萝卜、青萝卜和土豆块,烧开汤后改小火炖30分钟;
  • 5.倒入番茄块,大火煮10分钟左右即可,烹入胡椒粉,搅拌均匀即可,喝汤时按自己的需要再加精盐。
