【低糖无油配方】红枣酸奶戚风蛋糕
这个蛋糕烤好后,效果是出奇的好,松软香甜,而且无油,糖量非常少,又一个低热量的蛋糕方子诞生了!做好蛋糕已经夜很深了,在灯光下拍了几张照片就打包了,第二天去营养课堂上课,拿去分给了大家品尝,大家都觉得太好吃了,我想说的关键在于这个蛋糕不仅好吃,而且低糖无油,真正健康!
这个蛋糕只用了35克糖,酸奶是我自己做的低糖酸奶,加了三粒大红枣,蛋糕的甜度大大增加,口感香甜,耐人寻味。虽然灯光下的照片让人不满意,但是这个蛋糕真心不错,很推荐大家一试......

  • 低筋面粉70克
  • 酸奶65克
  • 白砂糖35克
  • 红枣30克
  • 柠檬汁几滴

Steps to make 【低糖无油配方】红枣酸奶戚风蛋糕

  • 1.将鸡蛋蛋清和蛋黄分别放入无水无油的干净容器里。
  • 2.蛋黄里加入酸奶,充分拌匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.用上下翻拌的方式将面糊拌匀,切记转圈拌,以免起筋。
  • 5.蛋清里加入几滴柠檬汁,加入白砂糖。
  • 6.由低到高的速度打倒湿性发泡,然后中速打倒干性发泡,一鼓作气打发。(新手检测打发的程度,看打蛋器上面的坚挺尖角,还可以稳稳插上筷子即可)
  • 7.红枣切成碎末。
  • 8.红枣加入蛋黄糊里拌匀。
  • 9.分次加入打发好的蛋白,上下翻拌、切拌的方式拌匀。
  • 10.全部拌好的蛋黄糊。
  • 11.倒入六寸中空模具中,稍微用力震动几下,去掉多余的大气泡。
  • 12.放入预热的烤箱中下层,上下火,165度,55分钟。
  • 13.非常松软香甜的蛋糕做好了
