Steps to make 可可戚风

  • 1.1 可可粉、低粉、小苏打混合过筛、白糖40克
  • 2.2 鸡蛋蛋清蛋黄分开,打散的蛋黄
  • 3.3 蛋黄中加入水和植物油
  • 4.4 用刮刀搅拌均匀
  • 5.5 蛋黄液中分次加入粉类,用刮刀采用上下翻拌的方式拌匀
  • 6.6 一次搅拌均匀后再加入下一次,继续采用相同的方式拌匀
  • 7.7 全部搅拌好的巧克力面糊
  • 8.8 蛋清中加入几滴白醋
  • 9.9 分三次加入白糖,用打蛋器打至干性发泡
  • 10.10 先取少量蛋白加入巧克力面糊中,用刮刀上下翻拌均匀
  • 11.11 再把剩下的蛋白全部倒入,用刮刀上下翻拌均匀
  • 12.12 拌好的面糊倒入蛋糕模
  • 13.13 烤箱倒数第二层,150度50分钟
  • 14.14 烤好的蛋糕出炉后立即倒扣,放凉后脱模即可
