Steps to make 素炒三菌

  • 1.准备香菇、平菇和杏鲍菇。
  • 2.杏包茹洗干净切片用盐水浸泡,香菇和平菇去蒂用盐水浸泡十分钟。
  • 3.将洗干净的香菇切成小块,平菇撕成小朵。
  • 4.锅中加水,水开后加少许料酒把三菇焯水两分钟。
  • 5.焯过水的三菇过凉水沥干水分备用。
  • 6.准备辅料。
  • 7.大葱切成葱花,生姜和大蒜切片,小米辣和绿椒切成小段。
  • 8.锅中倒油,油温六成热将葱姜蒜放进去加适量蚝油和生抽炒出香味。
  • 9.再将焯过水的三菇放进去加白糖、盐、少许老抽和胡椒粉翻炒均匀。
  • 10.最后将半碗水淀粉倒进去翻炒均匀大火收汁。
  • 11.味道鲜上鲜的素炒三菌,营养健康,鲜美好吃。
