  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.五花肉去皮,切成一公分厚的片。
  • 3.加入叉烧酱。
  • 4.抓匀冰箱冷藏腌制20小时以上。
  • 5.热锅凉油,加入腌好的肉片。
  • 6.中小火煎成两面微微发黄。
  • 7.再加少许水小火慢烧。
  • 8.一直小火将汤汁全部收掉就可以。
