香酥豆沙月饼

Steps to make 香酥豆沙月饼

  • 1.黄油隔热水融化。
  • 2.加糖粉打发。
  • 3.加入淡奶油和蛋清充分混合打发。
  • 4.篩入低筋面粉用刮到压拌均匀即可,盖保鲜膜醒发30分钟。
  • 5.酥皮分25g一个,豆沙馅15g一个。
  • 6.饼皮用手掌压平放入馅用虎口慢慢包圆。
  • 7.团好收口即可。
  • 8.团好所有饼胚按顺序放。
  • 9.从第一个开始用磨具压出喜欢形状即可。
  • 10.烤箱预热到420℉,大概需要14分钟。
  • 11.放入月饼胚烤6分钟取出。
  • 12.刷一层蛋黄液送去烤箱再烤5~7分钟上色即可。
  • 13.颜色已经相当诱人了。
  • 14.放在架子上冷却后即可食用。
